Vistair, a leading provider of aviation Document and Safety Management solutions, continues to improve customer centricity with the appointment of Portia Chapman-Ludgate as Customer Success Manager.
Portia brings both a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role. Following her graduation from Swansea University, Portia has worked with a range of high-growth organizations in diverse sectors and has played an active role in developing strong stakeholder relationships, team leadership, and driving business growth.
Reporting directly to Vistair’s customer success Director Joe Kuczynski, Portia will also be working closely with technical and operational teams at Vistair to ensure that customers continue to gain rapid and sustained business value from Vistair’s leading aviation management solutions.
The new appointment has come at a time of growth at Vistair. Throughout the pandemic the Vistair team has continued to support the document and safety requirements of over 40 commercial, aerospace and defence organisations worldwide, as well as onboarding a number of new aviation customers.
